Jordan got this baby doll for Christmas when she was just about 11 months old. She started playing with it more when she was 12 months old. She carries this baby doll around a lot. She puts it in her mouth sometimes, so she hasn’t quite gotten the concept yet.
The doll’s mouth is a little open, so she can be “fed”. Jordan will feed the baby doll with a magic bottle (the liquid in bottle disappears as baby doll “drinks”), but after a little bit she’ll put the bottle in her own mouth since she is so young and use to drinking from a bottle herself.
This doll is the perfect size for Jordan to hold and play with. The pink clothes on the baby doll don’t come off, which is good for her age. The hat does come off, but it’s attached by a small string.
The baby doll’s eyes close when it is laid down and open when it is brought upright.
Jordan’s 3 year old brother, Tyler, plays with the doll sometimes too. He mostly just likes to feed it with the magic bottle.
I would recommend this doll for a little girl’s first baby doll.
